LED recessed porch spotlights
The advantage of LED recessed porch spotlights is that they are beautifully concealed in the beams of your porch. Do you want to replace your current recessed spotlights or do you have enough space to place recessed LED spotlights in your beam? Then this way of lighting your porch is highly recommended!
If you opt for recessed LED spotlights, you're choosing a specially designed Plug & Play porch set. The recessed spotlights for the porch are only sold in sets. This has the advantage of only needing one transformer, and only 3.6 volts (low voltage) runs through the beams instead of 230 volts. It’s best to keep the transformer at the beginning of the porch by concealing it in the click profile or a wall box. Make sure you always have easy access to the transformer and connector. The sets are available in 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 recessed LED spotlights. Of course, you can also order more than 12 spotlights for your porch and then combine several sets. Ask our LED specialists how best to do this.
The recessed LED spotlights in these sets are also easy to link together because they all have the same coupling piece.
You can control the LED strips with our own Hamulight app or with a remote control. It is also possible to combine strips with the Somfy IO system! Ideal if you already have devices in your home that communicate with Somfy IO. You can also use the remote control from the other devices to operate the lighting in these sets.
Surface-Mounted LED porch spotlights
Surface-mounted LED spotlights porch are not placed in the beam, but instead they are placed on the beam. This is ideal when your girders don't have enough space for a recessed spotlight.
The porch spotlights are sold in Plug & Play set form. You also have the choice of 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 LED spotlights. If you want more than 12 spotlights, we recommend you contact our LED specialists. The surface-mounted spotlights sets are also equipped with only one transformer.
The spotlights from these sets all have the same connector. Controlled with an on/off switch, LED rotary dimmer, a remote control, or the Hamulight app. We also have surface-mounted spotlight sets that can communicate with the Somfy Home Domotica system.
LED porch wall lights
The LED wall lights porch are real atmosphere creators when you place them on the outside of your porch. By placing them on the uprights of your porch, they will lighten things up and create the ideal atmosphere. This way your porch also looks attractive from the outside!

LED porch strip lights
Are the beams of your porch not deep enough to place recessed spotlights or do you want to avoid boring holes in your beams? Illuminate your porch with LED strips porch. You can control the LED strips with our own Hamulight app or with a remote control. It is also possible to combine strips with the Somfy IO system! Ideal if you already have devices in your home that communicate with Somfy IO.
It is also possible to connect the LED strips to an on/off switch. However, please note that by doing so you can no longer dim the LED strips.
What specifications are important with porch ceiling lights?
This is different for each type of porch lighting. For each way of lighting a porch, different specifications are important. You can learn what those are by reading the relevant pages. The IP-value is a specification which is the same for all LED lighting systems. Below, you will find more information about the IP-value and why you should pay attention to it.
IP Value of Conservatory Lights
The IP-value indicates to what extent the lighting is protected against water and dust. The higher the numbers, the better it’s protected. Porch lighting must minimally meet an IP value of 44 (IP-44) or higher. With IP-44, the lighting is splash-proof. This is ideal for a sheltered place such as a porch. Any IP value higher than IP-44 is also good. All the LED porch lights in our range are at least IP-44! So you don't have to worry about protection.
