OutdoorCore+ is our original veranda system. Completely plug & play and specially developed for patio covers: safe 3.6 volts through the beams, dimmable, and easy to combine with remote control, app or Somfy IO. This way your veranda will be illuminated quickly, safely, and neatly – without hassle.
The core of OutdoorCore+ consists of complete sets for recessed spots or surface-mounted spots, complemented by wall lights or pendant lights for extra ambiance. Each set works on low, safe voltage (3.6V) and is fully plug & play with waterproof connections. You can control everything with a Apex, Moon or Novex, the Hamulight app (via WiFi receiver) or Somfy IO.
Recessed spots are neatly integrated into the beams. The sets are available with 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 spots and one transformer with connector. Surface-mounted spots are placed on top of the beam – ideal when recessed installation is not possible. These sets are also complete and plug & play.
With the bas set you can expand the control with rotary dimmer Atlas, push dimmer Novex, remote Moon and/or the app (via WiFi receiver). The ab set comes complete with remote control Apex and a parallel connector (if one spot fails, the rest stay on). Already working with home automation? Then choose the Somfy io set (with Somfy io receiver and 5-channel remote control).
Mount wall lights on the posts outside for a stylish façade. The up & down beam lights both upwards and downwards, and all models are suitable for combination with your OutdoorCore+ set. Check your set to see how many positions are free on the connector – expansion is often possible right away.
With OutdoorCore+ pendant lights you create focused light above the dining table or lounge area. The cables are adjustable so you can determine the height yourself. Smaller project? Use an ab set. Larger project? Choose a bas set or combine with Somfy IO. Multiple lamps on one transformer are possible – we are happy to calculate along with you.
In addition to complete sets, you can also choose single recessed spots with an individual transformer per spot. This compact transformer fits through the cut-out hole and is therefore easy to replace. Installation and maintenance become super simple: connect power, loop through to the next, done. Ideal for extensions or quick service without shutting down the entire installation.
Place the transformer in a dry, ventilated location and plan the cable routes in advance. Keep cables short to minimize voltage drop, and finish neatly with profiles, wall boxes, and matching hole saws. Where possible, choose some extra capacity so you can expand later with ease.
